A collection of articles has been published based on the materials of the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Modern Problems of Qualification and Investigation of Environmental Crimes”, held on June 9, 2023 at the Moscow Regional Branch of the Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia named after V.Ya. Kikotya with the participation of the Union of Criminalists and Criminologists.
The articles are devoted to the problems of qualification and investigation of environmental crimes. The collection includes an analysis of the relevant elements of environmental crimes, various options for the criminal legal assessment of such acts, their difference from administrative offenses and related crimes, as well as the features of the investigation of crimes in this category, taking into account judicial interpretation.
